The invention relates to a boron phosphate reinforced quartziferous material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 80-84 wt% of natural quartz, 10-14 wt% of fused quartz, 1-5 wt% of boron phosphate, 2-4 wt% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 1-3 wt% of water, grinding, and ageing to obtain a mixture; carrying out mechanical pressing under the condition of 70-80 MPa, and drying to obtain a boron phosphate reinforced quartzite material blank; and heating the boron phosphate reinforced quartziferous material blank to 1000-1300 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain the boron phosphate reinforced quartziferous material. The method has the characteristics of simple process flow, low cost and environmental friendliness; the prepared boron phosphate reinforced quartzite material is high in volume density, small in apparent porosity and high in breaking strength.
本发明涉及一种磷酸硼增强石英质材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:将80~84wt%的天然石英、10~14wt%的熔融石英、1~5wt%的磷酸硼、2~4wt%的羧甲基纤维素钠和1~3wt%的水混合,研磨,困料,制得混合料;再于70~80MPa条件下机压成型,干燥,制得磷酸硼增强石英质材料坯体;然后将所述磷酸硼增强石英质材料坯体加热至1000~1300℃,保温1~3小时,自然冷却,制得磷酸硼增强石英质材料。本发明具有工艺流程简单、成本低和环境友好的特点;所制备的磷酸硼增强石英质材料体积密度大、显气孔率小和抗折强度大。
