The invention provides a prestressed carbon fiber fabric reinforced concrete (PTRC) thin plate based on health monitoring, which comprises a prestressed carbon fiber fabric reinforced concrete thin plate body, and the prestressed carbon fiber fabric reinforced concrete thin plate body is composed of bottom concrete, a carbon fiber woven net, a prestressed protection device and upper concrete, the tensioning end of the carbon fiber woven net is connected into the positioning holes in the multiple sets of prestress protection devices by smearing inorganic glue after being soaked with epoxy resin, multiple sets of piezoelectric sensing materials are evenly arranged at the maximum bending moment bearing position of the upper concrete along the cross section, and the piezoelectric sensing materials are communicated with piezoelectric sensors. By dynamically monitoring the pressure change of the PTRC thin plate, the deformation of the PTRC thin plate and the overall stress condition of a reinforced component are monitored; prestress loss caused by fiber retraction, concrete hardening shrinkage and the like in the prestress applying process can be avoided, and health monitoring can be conducted on the stress condition of the reinforced component in the service period.
