A paving method of a combined wall and floor tile is characterized by comprising the steps that the wall and floor tile is provided, the wall and floor tile comprises a base plate, the base plate comprises a first face and a second face which are opposite, and a groove is formed in the edge of the second face; a splicing piece is provided, a convex part is arranged on the splicing piece, and the convex part is matched with the groove; and the convex parts of the splicing pieces are clamped with the grooves of the adjacent wall and floor tiles on the to-be-paved surface, so that the adjacent wall and floor tiles are connected. According to the paving method of the combined wall and floor tiles, the paving process is simple and environmentally friendly, and later maintenance and updating of the wall and floor tiles are facilitated.
