High-temperature-resistant cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant cement-based composite material comprises the following raw materials: cement, water, sand, graphene and carboxylated carbon nanotubes. The mass ratio of graphene to carboxylated carbon nanotubes is (2: 1)-(3: 1). According to the high-temperature-resistant cement-based composite material disclosed by the invention, graphene is used as an excellent two-dimensional nano material and has excellent mechanical property, extremely fine particle size and excellent thermal conductivity, but the expensive price of the graphene is a problem which cannot be ignored; as a similar one-dimensional carbon matrix nano material, although the material performance of the carbon nano tube is slightly lower than that of graphene, the cost of the carbon nano tube is effectively controlled; carboxylated carbon nanotubes and graphene are mixed according to a certain proportion to achieve a synergistic effect, so that the cement-based composite material has more excellent mechanical and high-temperature-resistant properties.
本发明提供了一种抗高温水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,包括以下原料:水泥、水、砂、石墨烯以及羧基化碳纳米管,其中所述石墨烯以及羧基化碳纳米管的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1)。本发明的抗高温水泥基复合材料,石墨烯作为一种优异的二维纳米材料,具有的优异的力学性能、极细的颗粒尺寸和优异的导热性行,但是石墨烯的昂贵价格却又是一个不容忽视的问题;而碳纳米管作为一种类似的一维碳基质纳米材料,虽然在材料性能上比石墨烯略逊,但是其成本却得到了有效的控制;通过将羧基化碳纳米管与石墨烯以一定比例混合,协同增效,使得水泥基复合材料获得更优异的力学和抗高温性能。
