Asphalt mixture based on high-viscosity modified additive and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road asphalt, and particularly discloses an asphalt mixture based on a high-viscosity modified additive and a preparation method thereof.The asphalt mixture is prepared from coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, mineral powder, cement, matrix asphalt and the high-viscosity modified additive, the high-viscosity modified additive is prepared by mixing a high-viscosity agent and modified fibers and then loading the mixture on inorganic silica gel; wherein the high-viscosity agent is obtained by mixing SBS particles, coumarone resin, polyacrylonitrile, polyester resin and a porous organic polymer, and the modified fiber is obtained by mixing and crushing wheat straw and mulberry bark fiber, then adding citric acid and then carrying out high-temperature carbonization; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the high-viscosity modified additive; and preparing the asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has high viscosity performance and excellent water stability performance at the same time.
