Wherein the metal and ceramic composite part comprises a metal matrix and a ceramic matrix, and the metal matrix and the ceramic matrix are metallurgically bonded through a diffusion layer; the diffusion layer is of a connection structure formed by mutual diffusion and chemical reaction of element atoms in the metal matrix and element atoms in the ceramic matrix; the diffusion layer comprises a core layer, and a first bonding layer and a second bonding layer which are respectively formed on two sides of the core layer; the core layer is used for providing a channel for mutual diffusion between element atoms for the metal matrix and the ceramic matrix; continuously raised irregular joints are respectively formed on the surfaces, deviating from the core layer, of the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer; the metal matrix and the ceramic matrix are tightly connected to the two sides of the core layer through irregular joints which are continuously bulged respectively. The metal and ceramic composite part has the double advantages of metal and ceramic, the connection strength between the two materials is high, and the structural stability is good.
