The ceramic-metal composite part comprises a ceramic part, a connecting layer and a metal part which are arranged in sequence, the connecting layer comprises a silver matrix and a glass matrix; the silver substrate comprises a silver simple substance and silver oxide; the glass matrix comprises one or more of aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, boron oxide, zinc oxide and bismuth oxide; and the mass percentage content of the silver matrix in the connecting layer is 83.3%-97.3%. According to the ceramic-metal composite part, the bonding strength of the ceramic part and the metal part is high, the connecting layer has good weather resistance and good corrosion resistance, the stability of the ceramic-metal composite part is greatly improved, and the service life of the ceramic-metal composite part is greatly prolonged. The invention further provides a preparation method of the ceramic metal composite part and electronic equipment.
