The invention discloses an underground station of a large-span open-web rigid frame beam type composite structure. The underground station comprises a side wall tightly attached to an enclosure structure, and a top plate, a middle plate and a bottom plate which are arranged on the top, the middle and the bottom of the side wall respectively. The top plate is of a large-span open-web rigid frame beam type combined structure and is composed of a cast-in-place slab and a prefabricated slab, the prefabricated slab is in an arc shape, and supporting points are arranged in the middle and on the two sides of the prefabricated slab to serve as a supporting structure of the cast-in-place slab; two side parts of the top plate are fixedly connected with the side walls; and the hollow cavities on the two sides of the top plate form a pipeline channel. The underground station has the advantages that the top of the underground station is of a large-span open-web rigid frame beam combined structure, the dead load of upper filling soil is reduced, the open-web structure of the top plate and the side walls jointly form a consolidated box body structure, the end rigidity is increased, the mid-span bending moment is greatly reduced, the structure thickness can be reduced, and the overall stress system is more reasonable; the upper portion adopts a prefabricated and cast-in-place combined structure, construction quality and apparent landscape are guaranteed, construction supports are reduced, and the waterproof function is guaranteed.
