The invention discloses a fabricated wall body structure. The fabricated wall body structure comprises a first wall plate, a constructional column and a beam body; the number of the constructional columns is two. The constructional column is of a channel steel structure and comprises a first face and a second face which are opposite, and the second face is provided with a connecting groove. The first surfaces of the two constructional columns are oppositely arranged, and a first wall plate is clamped and fixed in each connecting groove; the upper end of each constructional column is used for being connected with an upper floor slab, and the lower end of each constructional column is used for being connected with a lower floor slab. The beam body comprises a first beam body and a second beam body, the first beam body and the second beam body are arranged in the vertical direction, and the two ends of the first beam body and the two ends of the second beam body are connected with the first faces of the two constructional columns correspondingly; window bodies are arranged between the first beam body and the two constructional columns and between the second beam body and the two constructional columns. According to the technical scheme, the construction efficiency can be improved through assembly type construction.
