Fabricated prestressed corrugated steel plate composite shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention provides an assembly type prestress corrugated steel plate combined shear wall which comprises double corrugated steel plates, transverse prestress steel bars, steel bar meshes, split bolt assemblies and filled concrete. The split bolt assemblies are arranged in wave troughs of the double-corrugated steel plate and distributed at intervals in the longitudinal direction. The reinforcing mesh is arranged between the double corrugated steel plates, and the split bolt assemblies are arranged in mesh holes; the transverse prestressed steel bars are arranged between the steel bar meshes and transversely penetrate through the split bolt assemblies in the longitudinal direction; and the inner filling concrete is filled between the corrugated steel plates to form a shear wall structure. The rigidity of the shear wall can be enhanced through the prestressed steel bars, the structural durability is improved, the appearance is simple, the appearance is attractive, the compressive strength of the filled concrete and the overall rigidity of the shear wall are greatly improved through the application of the split bolts, the thickness of the concrete is reduced, the self weight is reduced, and remarkable economic benefits are achieved.
