The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures, and particularly relates to an assembly type prestress shear wall method which comprises a base, embedded ribs, a shear wall and a wall body supporting frame, the embedded ribs are pre-arranged on the base and located below the shear wall, and vertically-arranged positioning steel columns are pre-embedded in the positions, on the two sides of the embedded ribs, of the upper end of the base; grooves are vertically formed in the left side and the right side of the shear wall correspondingly, the two positioning steel columns are located in the two grooves correspondingly, and positioning vertical rods with rectangular sections in the overlook view are arranged in the two grooves correspondingly. A using method of the fabricated prestressed shear wall comprises the following steps that firstly, the shear wall is poured in a factory, and a grouting hole, a positioning hole and other mounting holes are reserved; the method has the advantages that the bedding grouting work can be carried out without using a plurality of wall body supporting frames for a long time, the use of a large number of wall body supporting frames is avoided, and enough working space is provided for constructors.
