In the application, the coating slurry is mainly composed of the aqueous polymer, water and graphite powder, does not contain metal ions, and can be directly coated on the inner wall of the crucible. According to the method, after the coating slurry is used for preparing and forming the coating, the inner wall of the crucible can be isolated from the electrolyte material by using the occupying effect of the coating, the electrolyte material is prevented from reacting with the inner wall of the crucible, then adhesion of the phosphate solid electrolyte and the inner wall of the crucible is avoided, and subsequent demolding is facilitated.
