The invention discloses coating slurry, a coating preparation method and application thereof. Wherein the coating slurry comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-90 parts of an aqueous solution of an aqueous polymer binder and 10-20 parts of graphite powder. In the application, the coating slurry is mainly composed of the aqueous polymer, water and graphite powder, does not contain metal ions, and can be directly coated on the inner wall of the crucible. According to the method, after the coating slurry is used for preparing and forming the coating, the inner wall of the crucible can be isolated from the electrolyte material by using the occupying effect of the coating, the electrolyte material is prevented from reacting with the inner wall of the crucible, then adhesion of the phosphate solid electrolyte and the inner wall of the crucible is avoided, and subsequent demolding is facilitated.
本申请公开了一种涂层浆料、涂层制备方法及其应用。其中,涂层浆料,按质量份数包括80~90份的水性聚合物粘结剂的水溶液、以及10~20份的石墨粉。在本申请中,涂层浆料主要由水性聚合物、水和石墨粉组成,不含金属离子,可以直接涂覆在坩埚内壁。本申请利用涂层浆料制备形成涂层后,利用涂层的占位作用,可以将坩埚内壁与电解质材料隔离,防止电解质材料与坩埚内壁发生反应,进而也避免了磷酸盐类固体电解质与坩埚内壁的粘连,方便后续脱模。
