The invention relates to an assembly type under-column independent foundation of a post-tensioned pre-stressed assembled transformer substation and a design method thereof. The assembly type under-column independent foundation comprises a foundation component and prestressed tendons which are arranged in the foundation component in a full-length mode through a post-tensioning method. The foundation component comprises a left side prefabricated foundation, a middle prefabricated foundation and a right side prefabricated foundation which are sequentially arranged. The basic design requirements of the foundation can be met by adopting common steel bars and concrete materials, and new materials and new technologies such as high-performance concrete and prestressed steel bars can be adopted in the prefabrication production process of a factory, so that the bearing capacity of the foundation is further improved, and the performance requirements of the foundation in a special environment are met. Components of the fabricated under-column independent foundation can be manufactured in a factory prefabrication mode, foundation splicing can be achieved only by tensioning prestressed tendons during site construction, site wet operation is effectively avoided, the construction period is shortened, and the fabricated under-column independent foundation is suitable for engineering projects with poor climate and construction conditions.
本发明涉及后张预应力拼装变电站装配式柱下独立基础及其设计方法。该装配式柱下独立基础包括基础构件和采用后张法在基础构件中通长布置的预应力筋。基础构件包括依次设置的左侧预制基础、中间预制基础和右侧预制基础。本发明不仅可以采用普通钢筋和混凝土材料满足基础的基本设计要求,还可以在工厂预制生产的过程采用高性能混凝土、预应力钢筋等新材料和新技术,以进一步提高基础的承载力,满足基础在特殊环境下的性能需求。本发明设计的装配式柱下独立基础的组件可以通过工厂预制化的方式进行制作,现场施工时仅需通过张拉预应力筋即可实现基础拼装,有效避免了现场湿作业,缩短了施工工期,适用于气候和施工条件较差的工程项目。
