The invention discloses a post-tensioned prestressed fabricated beam-column joint with an additional damper and a construction method thereof in the field of fabricated structures. The post-tensioned prestressed fabricated beam-column joint comprises a precast concrete column, a first prestressed concrete superposed beam and a second prestressed concrete superposed beam, wherein the first prestressed concrete superposed beam and the second prestressed concrete superposed beam are arranged on the two sides of the precast concrete column; rectangular grooves are formed in the bottoms of the ends, close to the prefabricated concrete column, of the first prestressed concrete superposed beam and the second prestressed concrete superposed beam correspondingly, and dampers are arranged at the positions corresponding to the two rectangular grooves correspondingly. A first threaded pipe and a second threaded pipe which are mutually nested are arranged in the first prestressed concrete superposed beam and the second prestressed concrete superposed beam, and through prestressed tendons are arranged in the first threaded pipe and the second threaded pipe; the two ends of the prestressed tendons are fixed to the outer ends of the corresponding prestressed concrete superposed beams through the first prestressed anchorage devices and the second prestressed anchorage devices correspondingly. The integrity and ductility performance of the fabricated beam-column joint can be improved, and the damage degree of an earthquake to the structure is reduced.
本发明公开了装配式结构领域内的一种附加阻尼器的后张预应力装配式梁柱节点及其施工方法,包括预制混凝土柱和设置在预制混凝土柱两侧的第一预应力混凝土叠合梁和第二预应力混凝土叠合梁,第一预应力混凝土叠合梁和第二预应力混凝土叠合梁靠近预制混凝土柱一端的底部均设置有矩形凹槽,对应两个矩形凹槽处分别设置有阻尼器,第一预应力混凝土叠合梁和第二预应力混凝土叠合梁内设置有互相嵌套第一螺纹管和第二螺纹管,第一螺纹管和第二螺纹管内设置有贯通的预应力筋,预应力筋的两端分别通过第一预应力锚具、第二预应力锚具固定在对应预应力混凝土叠合梁的外端。本发明能够提高装配式梁柱节点的整体性和延性性能,降低地震对结构的破坏程度。
