The invention discloses a method for treating leakage of a deformation joint of a side wall of a building, which comprises the following steps of: cleaning the deformation joint, paving and burying a guide pipe and sealing and filling a sealant, namely burying the guide pipe with a part of holes in the deformation joint, leading out leakage sewage by using the guide pipe, and enabling the hole part of the guide pipe to face the water incoming direction of a pool and the non-hole surface to face the water incoming direction. And meanwhile, sealing paste is used for sealing and filling. The used guide pipe is made of a flexible material, so that the deformation joint can still keep certain telescopic performance while effectively leading out leaked water. Besides, fine solid particles in leaked sewage are preliminarily intercepted by wrapping the outer wall of the guide pipe with geotechnical cloth, and meanwhile, a filtering reinforced sponge loaded with superfine activated carbon is mounted in the guide pipe, so that deep purification of a water body is realized, and the underground environment is prevented from being polluted by the guided-out leaked water as much as possible; and the filtering reinforced sponge is convenient to replace regularly, so that long-term effective purification treatment on the leaked water is ensured.
本发明公开了一种建筑物侧墙变形缝渗漏的处理方法,包括变形缝清理、导管铺埋以及密封膏封填,通过在变形缝中埋设有部分孔洞的导管,利用导管将渗漏污水导出,其中导管有孔洞部分面向水池来水方向,无孔面背向来水方向,同时使用密封膏进行封填。所用导管为柔性材料,使得变形缝在有效导出渗漏水的同时,仍能保持一定的伸缩性能。另外,通过在导管外壁包裹土工布对渗漏污水中的细小固体颗粒物进行初步拦截,同时导管内部安装有负载超细活性炭的过滤加筋海绵,以实现对水体的深层次净化,尽可能避免导出的渗漏水对地下环境产生污染,且该过滤加筋海绵方便定期更换,以保证对渗漏水的长期有效净化处理。
