The long round hole is formed, the viscous-elastic material and the SMA metal damper are used in a combined mode, and the viscous-elastic material provides energy consumption while SMA does not participate in work during small earthquakes; the SMA participates in work to provide energy consumption during medium and large earthquakes, and particularly, the SMA can still provide self-resetting capacity to control the development of residual deformation of the structure and improve the recoverability (toughness) of the structure during large earthquakes. The viscoelastic SMA corrugated plate is amplified to amplify the displacement of the composite damper in a scissor angle brace mode, and the ratio of the displacement of the viscoelastic SMA corrugated plate amplified composite damper to the displacement between structural layers is changed by changing the mounting angle of the scissor angle brace.
