The invention discloses a modified ceramic separation membrane which comprises a ceramic separation membrane and a graphene layer directly growing on the surface of the ceramic separation membrane. According to the modified ceramic separation membrane, the graphene layer directly grows on the surface of the ceramic separation membrane, through modification of the graphene layer, the ceramic separation membrane has good hydrophobic performance, meanwhile, the graphene layer has a unique porous structure, grease compounds can effectively pass through the graphene layer, the average pore size of the ceramic separation membrane is reduced, and the oil-water separation efficiency is improved. The retention rate of ions and macromolecular substances is increased, the oil-water separation performance of the substances is achieved, and the method can be applied to treatment of oily wastewater, recovery of high-value oil and water and the like.
