The management device comprises a walking channel, a controller, a blocking mechanism, a telescopic assembly, a material transfer mechanism, a disinfection system, a face recognition camera and an isolation plate. The controller is arranged at the left end of the front side of the walking channel; the stopping mechanism is mounted in the center of the right end of the rear side of the walking channel; the two telescopic assemblies are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the stopping mechanism correspondingly. The material transfer mechanism is arranged in the center of the right end of the front side of the walking channel in the left-right direction. The disinfection system is arranged on the front side of the walking channel and located below the material conveying mechanism. The face recognition camera is arranged at the top end of the left side of the walking channel. Management is facilitated, and human resources are saved.
