The invention discloses a lifting pile leg for a wind power installation vessel, which comprises a plurality of pile leg units, and the pile leg units can be stacked up and down and detachably mounted into an integral pile leg structure; each pile leg unit correspondingly comprises three chord members which are vertically arranged, and vertical racks used for mounting lifting mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of each chord member; horizontal connecting pipes are correspondingly mounted between the adjacent chord members in the pile leg units, and a triangular area is formed in the pile leg through the arranged horizontal connecting pipes. The horizontal connecting pipes are installed at the upper ends and the lower ends of the three chord members of a single pile leg unit, then the inclined supporting pipes are correspondingly installed on the three vertical planes, in this way, the three chord members are installed into a whole from the upper end, the lower end and the side face, and each chord member is provided with the vertical rack used for installing the lifting mechanism.
