The invention discloses a pile shoe used for a wind power installation vessel. The pile shoe comprises a pile shoe body of a watertight structure; the pile shoe body is connected with a pile leg; the pile shoe body comprises an upper conical panel, a lower surface board and lateral boards; the pile shoe body is further evenly provided with multiple round through holes and pile punching holes; the round through holes comprise cylindrical sections connected with the upper conical panel and horn sections connected with the lower surface board; partition boards capable of shielding the cylindrical sections in size are arranged in the positions where the cylindrical sections and the horn sections are connected; the partition boards are hinged to fixing lug boards on the inner sides of the round through holes through lug boards at one ends of the partition boards and rotary shafts; the fixing lug boards are provided with backing pins for limiting openings of the partition boards. The pile shoe used for the wind power installation vessel is simple in structure; the pile pulling area of the pile shoe is reduced and the pile pulling time is shortened on the condition of not reducing the bearing capacity of the pile shoe; the use safety of a platform is improved; the service life of the platform is prolonged.
