The invention discloses a wharf movable magnetic force rapid mooring device and a mooring method.The mooring device comprises a steel base, a magnetic force suction cup base, a guide rail, a telescopic spring, a supporting shaft, wheels, a main body structure, a connecting mechanism and a mooring magnetic force suction cup, and the steel base is arranged in the length direction of a wharf; the steel base is provided with an installation groove in the length direction, the guide rail is installed in the installation groove, the upper end face of the guide rail is lower than the upper end face of the steel base, the wheels are installed on the top of the guide rail, and the supporting shafts are installed on the two sides of the wheels. The bottom end of the magnetic suction cup base and the supporting shaft are installed through the telescopic spring, the main body structure is installed on the magnetic suction cup base, and the mooring magnetic suction cup is installed on the magnetic suction cup base through the connecting mechanism.
