The invention provides a fabricated bridge pier top longitudinal continuous structure and a construction method thereof. The structure is formed by reserving grooves and extending steel bars at the end of a precast beam and pouring concrete on site, and comprises longitudinal steel bars, transverse steel bars, steel bar connecting sleeves, an isolating layer, cast-in-place concrete and a thin steel plate. The structure does not need tension prestress and field steel bar welding, and the top elevation of the structure after construction is consistent with the top elevation of the precast beam. According to the construction form, construction in a prefabrication factory and on site is very convenient, and conditions are provided for omitting a beam top cast-in-place leveling layer. When cast-in-place concrete in the structure is high-performance early-strength concrete, rapid construction of a bridge can be achieved, and great practical value and economic value are achieved.
本发明提供一种装配式桥梁墩顶纵向连续构造及其施工方法。该构造通过在预制梁端预留凹槽和伸出钢筋并在现场浇筑混凝土而成,包含纵向钢筋、横向钢筋、钢筋连接套筒、隔离层、现浇混凝土、薄钢板。本构造无需张拉预应力,无需现场钢筋焊接,且施工完成后构造的顶标高和预制梁顶标高一致。本发明的构造形式在预制工厂和现场的施工均很方便,为免去梁顶现浇调平层提供了条件。当构造中的现浇混凝土采用高性能早强混凝土时能够实现桥梁的快速施工,具有很大的实用价值和经济价值。
