The invention relates to a pier column reinforcement cage fixing auxiliary clamp which comprises two oppositely-arranged clamping assemblies, the bottom of each clamping assembly is fixedly connected with a bearing platform, and a reinforcement cage is contained between the two clamping assemblies. The two ends of each locking assembly are connected with the two clamping assemblies respectively; the first end of each supporting piece is fixedly connected with the bearing platform, and the second end of each supporting piece is fixedly connected with the corresponding clamping assembly. The use method of the clamp comprises the following steps that the bottoms of the two clamping assemblies are fixed to a bearing platform, so that the reinforcement cage can be contained between the two clamping assemblies; a plurality of locking assemblies are used for locking the bottoms and the tops of the two clamping assemblies; and the supporting piece is fixed to the outer sides of the two clamping assemblies. While the clamp is used for accurately positioning the reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage is effectively prevented from deviating due to external force in the construction process, and the anti-overturning capacity of the reinforcement cage is improved.
