The hanging assembly comprises a hanging plate arranged at the upper end of the collecting frame, a hanging hole formed in the hanging plate and a rotating piece arranged at the lower end of the hanging plate; an operator lifts up the collecting frame, collects floating objects in water, then lifts up the collecting frame, filters out the water through filtering holes and then moves the collecting frame to the ground, the operator opens a door plate or enters the collecting frame through a fixing ladder, and then the collecting frame is moved to the ground; and the floating objects are transferred and cleaned for the second time.
