The water surface floating object vibration cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit, and the cleaning unit comprises a filtering rotating plate, a vertical plate embedded into the filtering rotating plate and a driving rod arranged on one side of the filtering rotating plate; the vibration unit comprises a fixed block fixedly connected with the bottom end face of the filtering rotating plate, a rotating rod connected with the fixed block, an eccentric column coaxially arranged on the rotating rod in a sleeving mode, an adjusting block arranged on the eccentric column in a sleeving mode, and a vibration piece arranged at one end of the eccentric column; a cleaning unit of the device can effectively collect garbage on the water surface, then filtering holes formed in a filtering rotating plate can effectively drain the garbage, after the filtering rotating plate is full of the garbage, a motor is driven to lift the filtering rotating plate, and then the garbage is poured out; and under the dual effects of continuous vibration of the vibration unit and gravity, the garbage can be effectively cleaned, and the device can be repeatedly used conveniently.
