The bearing platform A (2) and the bearing platform B (4) are connected into a whole through the main anchorage (6), the inter-pier pile anchor (5) is connected below the main anchorage (6), the rock anchor (8) penetrates through the main anchorage (6) to be anchored in a hard rock stratum, the pile foundation A (1) and the pile foundation B (3) are connected below the bearing platform A (2) and the bearing platform B (4) respectively, and the anchor head (7) is connected above the main anchorage (6). The invention discloses a use method of a combined anchorage structure of a cable crane. And a pile foundation and a pile anchor are poured, a formwork is erected, bearing platform and anchorage concrete is poured, and a cable hoisting system is assembled. The device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and good in stability.
