The invention discloses an arch bridge cable crane pile-beam type anchorage structure. The arch bridge cable crane pile-beam type anchorage structure is characterized in that a pile foundation is arranged on the lower part of the arch bridge cable crane pile-beam type anchorage structure, longitudinal tie beams, circular transverse tie beams and rectangular transverse tie beams are arranged on theupper part of the arch bridge cable crane pile-beam type anchorage structure, the longitudinal tie beams adopt rectangular cross-section beams, the circular transverse tie beam adopt circular concrete filled steel tube beams, the circular transverse tie beams and the rectangular transverse tie beams correspond to the interiors of the longitudinal tie beams, a load-bearing rope is wound on the circular transverse tie beams of an anchorage on both sides, and baffles are arranged at the two ends of the longitudinal tie beams. The arch bridge cable crane pile-beam type anchorage structure has thefollowing advantages that (1) compared with ordinary gravity anchorages, the concrete use amount is one-fourth to one-third of the concrete use amounts of the gravity anchorages, and the constructioncost is about two-fifths to one-second of the construction costs of the gravity anchorages; (2) compared with ordinary pile anchors, the anchorage has the advantages of good structural integrity andlarge carrying capacity; and (3) the load-bearing rope of the anchorage is a through rope, and when a cable crane hoists, the hanging degree of the load-bearing rope can be automatically adjusted to ensure uniform stress.
本发明公开了一种拱桥缆索吊机桩梁式锚碇结构,其特征在于:其下部为桩基,上部为纵系梁、圆形横系梁和矩形横系梁;纵系梁采用矩形截面梁,圆形横系梁采用圆形钢管混凝土梁,圆形横系梁和矩形横系梁对应于纵系梁内,承重绳在两岸锚碇圆形横系梁上缠绕,纵系梁两端设置挡板。本发明具有如下优点:(1)与普通重力式锚碇相比,混凝土用量为重力式锚碇的1/4~1/3,施工成本约为重力式锚碇的2/5~1/2。(2)与普通桩式锚相比,本锚碇具有结构整体性好,承载能力大的优点。(3)本锚碇承重绳为一根通绳,在缆索吊机吊重时,承重绳可以自动调节垂度,保证受力均匀。
