The leaking stoppage method comprises the steps that 1, the crack is pretreated; step 2, crack filling; 3, grouting holes are formed; 4, crack sealing slurry is poured; step 5, plugging a grouting orifice; step 6, surface treatment; the invention further relates to a leaking stoppage structure of the concrete wall body large crack, the leaking stoppage structure comprises a concrete body, a U-shaped crack groove is formed in the position of a leakage seam of the downstream face of the concrete body, the width of the U-shaped crack groove is larger than that of the leakage seam, and a waterproof leaking stoppage layer is arranged in the U-shaped crack groove. The concrete body is further provided with a pouring hole extending into the concrete body, and the pouring hole penetrates through the section of the leakage seam.
