The invention relates to the field of tower crane foundation construction, and discloses a narrow step ground pile anchor type tower crane foundation structure which is used for being arranged between a left bearing platform and a right bearing platform with height difference and abutting against the left bearing platform of a mountain lower side slope and comprises a strip-shaped tower footing used for installing tower crane foundation sections, and the length side of the strip-shaped tower footing is located on a rock body on the right side of a mountain. Supporting piles distributed at intervals in the length direction of the strip-shaped tower footing are arranged at the bottom of the cantilever side, facing the left bearing platform, of the strip-shaped tower footing, and an adjusting section used for leveling a right side rock body on which the strip-shaped tower footing sits is arranged between the supporting piles and the strip-shaped tower footing. A vertical anchor rod and an inclined anchor rod which are arranged side by side are arranged on the side, facing the rock mass on the right side of the mountain, of the strip-shaped tower footing. The left bearing platform and the rock mass on the right side of the mountain are fully utilized for arranging the strip-shaped tower footing, and the structure is simple, short in construction period, safe and reliable. The invention further relates to a construction method of the narrow terrace pile anchor type tower crane foundation structure.
