The invention discloses a light partition board with fireproof and heat-insulating functions, which comprises a supporting inner heat-insulating board, a first fireproof outer board arranged on the front end face of the supporting inner heat-insulating board and a second fireproof outer board arranged on the rear end face of the supporting inner heat-insulating board, the first fireproof outer plate and the second fireproof outer plate are each composed of foaming gypsum and composite fireproof microspheres arranged in the foaming gypsum, and the composite fireproof microspheres are used for firstly generating flame-retardant gas and then generating heat-resistant layers to wrap the outer walls of the first fireproof outer plate and the second fireproof outer plate when heated. Compared with the prior art, the whole partition wall board is composed of the supporting inner heat preservation board formed by compounding polyimide resin and the foaming gypsum filled with the composite fireproof microspheres compounded by brucite and sodium bicarbonate, and the partition wall board has the effects of light weight, fire prevention, flame retardance and heat preservation.
