The invention discloses a digital autonomous double-layer paving device and method, and the device comprises a material distribution hopper which is internally provided with a conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt extends to the interior of a first paver behind and is used for receiving and conveying different paving materials; the first paver and the second paver are sequentially arranged behind the material distributing hopper and are used for receiving the paving material and respectively performing first paving and second paving; the first ironing device is positioned between the first paver and the second paver and is used for ironing the paving material which is paved for the first time; and the second ironing device is positioned behind the second paver and is used for ironing the paving material which is paved for the second time. According to the technical scheme, the manual operation difficulty can be reduced, and meanwhile the service life of the asphalt concrete pavement is prolonged.
