The device comprises an unfolding and folding assembly, an anchoring assembly and an anchor body assembly. The unfolding and folding assembly is installed on a working table top of the working vehicle. The anchoring assembly is assembled on the unfolding and folding assembly and is driven by the unfolding and folding assembly to turn over. The anchor body assembly is assembled on the lower anchor assembly; wherein the anchoring assembly comprises a walking guide plate assembly, a driving mechanism and an adjustable fixing lug plate, the driving mechanism and the adjustable fixing lug plate are assembled at the two ends of the walking guide plate assembly respectively, the anchor body assembly comprises an anchor rod and a connecting lining arranged at the tail end of the anchor rod, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the anchor rod; according to the technical key points, the anchoring mode is changed from the original hand-held vibration or gravity hammer striking type manual anchoring to manual auxiliary maneuvering anchoring, the whole anchoring process is more convenient and faster, the efficiency is higher, and the anchoring effect is better.
