The invention discloses a novel soft soil area composite pile anti-seismic bridge foundation which comprises foundation supporting piles, the foundation supporting piles are pile groups and are pressed into a soft soil foundation through a static pressure method, the soft soil foundation is compacted and reinforced, and a rigid pile composite foundation is formed; the upper structure is used for supporting or bearing a bridge collapse structure; the foundation supporting piles are used for supporting an upper structure, and fixed connection between the foundation supporting piles and the upper structure is cut off by laying a gravel composite layer between the foundation supporting piles and the upper structure. The gravel composite layer is fixedly arranged on the pile top, and an upper structure is supported above the gravel composite layer. The composite pile anti-seismic foundation cuts off fixed connection between the pile foundation and the upper structure, so that the bending moment of the pile body is reduced under the action of the seismic load, the response acceleration of the upper structure is reduced, and the natural vibration period of the composite foundation is prolonged.
