Construction method for pre-embedded bolt of inclined support of prefabricated wall
The invention relates to a construction method for pre-embedded bolts of a prefabricated wall inclined support. Welding a semi-finished product; prefabricated wall bodies and prefabricated floor slabs are placed on site; after the positions of the bolts are determined, the two steel bars and the truss ribs are fixed in a binding or welding mode, and if no other plate ribs exist in the positions, concrete cushion blocks are placed, so that a concrete protection layer is guaranteed; after the welding work is completed, pouring is completed, and at the moment, the ends of the originally embedded bolts are exposed on the surface of the concrete; and after the concrete strength reaches the standard, the inclined struts are connected with the wall body and the ground exposed bolts through nuts correspondingly. The construction method not only can effectively fix the wall body, but also can protect the ground concrete from being damaged due to pulling. By the adoption of the method, the overall stress area can be increased, and tension borne by the bolt can be effectively transmitted and evenly spread; and meanwhile, downward elastic force borne by the pre-embedded component balances part of upward pulling force given by the inclined strut, and therefore the pre-embedded component is connected with the inclined strut more firmly.
本发明是一种预制墙斜支撑预埋螺栓的施工方法;包括焊接半成品;在现场放置好预制墙体与预制楼板;确定好螺栓位置后,将两根钢筋与桁架筋通过绑扎或焊接的方式固定,如所在位置没有其余板筋,则放置混凝土垫块,既保证了混凝土保护层;在焊接工作完成后,完成浇筑,此时原先预埋的螺栓会有端部裸露在混凝土表面;待混凝土强度达标,将斜撑分别于墙体、地面裸露螺栓通过螺母连接。既能有效固定墙体,又能保护地面混凝土不会因受拉立而导致破损的施工方法。采用本方法能够增大整体受力面积,有效传递与均摊螺栓所受到的拉力;使楼板安装更加稳固,同时预埋构件向下所受的弹力平衡掉部分斜撑所给的向上的拉力,从而与斜撑连接更加牢固。
