Square steel column and reinforced concrete combined beam and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a square steel column and reinforced concrete combined beam and a preparation method thereof. The square steel column and reinforced concrete combined beam comprises a square steel column body, brackets, exhaust holes and a beam body. A preformed hole is formed in the upper portion of the square steel column body, a beam penetrates through the preformed hole to be connected with the square steel column body, a bracket is arranged at the joint of the beam and the square steel column body, an exhaust hole is formed in the lower portion of the square steel column body, and concrete is poured into the square steel column body. The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, the square steel column body is placed in place, the perpendicularity of the square steel column body is adjusted, and the square steel column body is fixed through the inclined struts; b) formwork erecting, steel bar binding and bar penetrating are conducted on the cast-in-place beam, or the cast-in-place beam is connected with prefabricated concrete beam bars; c) performing plug welding on the part, in the same section, of the square steel column surface with a required reserved hole and a beam rib; and d) pouring the inside of the square steel column and the cast-in-place part or the post-pouring section. The bearing capacity is good, the overall performance of a building can be improved, the construction period can be shortened, the overall quality can be improved, and the overall construction cost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种方钢柱与钢筋混凝土相结合梁及其制备方法,方钢柱本体、牛腿、排气孔和梁;在方钢柱本体上部设有预留孔,通过预留孔穿筋连接有梁,在梁与方钢柱本体的连接处装有牛腿,在方钢柱本体的下部开有排气孔,在方钢柱本体内灌混凝土;其制备方法包括以下步骤:先将方钢柱本体就位,调整其垂直度并通过斜撑将其固定;b)将现浇梁支模、钢筋绑扎、穿筋,或与预制混凝土梁筋连接;c)将方钢柱面在同一截面内部分有需要的预留孔与梁筋进行塞焊;梁主筋采取两种穿钢管柱的型式:d)对方钢柱内和现浇部位或者后浇段进行浇筑。本发明承载能力较好,能够提升建筑整体性能,能够在缩短工期,提升整体质量,降低整体施工建设成本。
