The invention provides a deviation rectification fixing monitoring device and method for a bridge pier. The device comprises a support assembly, an anchorage device, a tensioning line, a tensioning power source and a bridge pier inclination amount monitoring piece. The support assembly comprises two sets of support single pieces arranged in the height direction of the pier, each support single piece comprises a locking end, a support body and a tensioning end which are sequentially connected, and the locking ends are used for being fixedly connected with the pier; the anchorage devices are arranged corresponding to the tensioning ends of the support single pieces, the tensioning lines are connected with a tensioning power source and apply opposite tensioning force to the two sets of support single pieces through the anchorage devices, the length direction of the tensioning lines and the axis of the pier are located in the same vertical plane, and the pier inclination amount monitoring piece is arranged on the pier. The device has the advantages that deviation rectification, fixing and monitoring of the bridge pier are achieved, the structure is simple, and operation is convenient and fast; according to the method, a lubricating agent is used on a bridge pier support, and other bridge piers are prevented from being damaged in the deviation rectifying process.
