The invention discloses a bridge pier rapid combined deviation correction system and method. Comprising the following steps: S1, detecting the slope rate of a bridge pier and the deviation distance of a support, and determining a deviation-rectifying displacement value; s2, a counter-force pile is newly added in the deviation rectifying direction of the original bridge pier, and a counter-force device, a hoop device and a steel structure opposite-pulling device are installed; s3, a plurality of vertical jacks are controlled by a jacking control system to synchronously jack the upper structure, and after a polyfluortetraethylene plate is installed at the position of an original support, a beam is dropped; s4, a horizontal jack is controlled by a pushing control system to push the side face of the pier in the deviation rectifying direction, and pushing is stopped when a support is reset or the strain epsilon of pier bottom concrete reaches an early warning value epsilon max; s5, releasing the stress at the bottom of the pier; and S6, the superstructure is jacked through a vertical jack, the polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate is dismantled, a new support is replaced, a limiting device is installed on the superstructure of the bridge, and a steel structure opposite-pulling device is fixedly connected. The method has the advantages of being simple, convenient, safe and rapid in deviation rectification, and can be widely applied to the technical field of bridge support deviation rectification.
