Cement additive and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cement additive, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of silicon dioxide, 5 to 15 parts of titanium dioxide, 15 to 45 parts of aluminum oxide, 3 to 20 parts of iron, 0.1 to 0.8 part of sulfur, 0.4 to 2 parts of sodium oxide and 0.01 to 0.9 part of phosphorus. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cement additive, which comprises the following steps: mixing dried red mud with a reducing agent, and pressing into green pellets; drying the green pellets, and performing reduction treatment and alkali removal treatment to obtain alkali-removed magnetized pellets; and grinding the dealkalized magnetized pellets into fine powder, and carrying out magnetic separation. The cement additive provided by the invention can significantly improve the performance of cement. The preparation method of the cement additive takes the red mud as a raw material, and is low in cost and simple in process.
