The invention relates to the field of steel bridge deck pavement, and discloses an epoxy asphalt pouring type concrete pavement structure and a method thereof.The epoxy asphalt pouring type concrete pavement structure comprises a steel bridge deck subjected to sand blasting rust removal, an anti-corrosion layer and a waterproof bonding layer and further comprises an epoxy asphalt pouring type concrete pavement layer and wear-resistant aggregate; the epoxy asphalt pouring type concrete comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A is an epoxy resin main agent and comprises epoxy resin, a reactive diluent and a low-viscosity non-reactive diluent; the component B is a curing agent which is a compound of long-chain aliphatic primary amine, alicyclic diamine and a polyamide curing agent; the component C is petroleum asphalt; the concrete is prepared by mixing a component A, a component B, a component C and stone. The waterproof adhesive adopts a second-order reaction type epoxy resin adhesive, the bonding strength is high, the waterproof performance is excellent, the toughness is good, double-layer pavement is replaced by single-layer pavement, the service life of the steel bridge deck pavement layer is long, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及钢桥面铺装领域,公开了一种环氧沥青浇注式混凝土铺装结构及其方法,环氧沥青浇注式混凝土铺装结构包括喷砂除锈的钢桥面、防腐层和防水粘结层,还包括环氧沥青浇注式混凝土铺装层和耐磨骨料;环氧沥青浇注式混凝土包括:A组分为环氧树脂主剂,包括环氧树脂、活性稀释剂和低黏度非活性稀释剂;B组分为固化剂,采用长链脂肪族伯胺、脂环族二胺与聚酰胺固化剂的复配物;C组分为石油沥青;由A组分、B组分、C组分和石料混合制得。防水粘结剂采用二阶反应型环氧树脂粘结剂,粘结强度高,防水性能优异,韧性好,实现了单层铺装代替双层铺装,钢桥面铺装层的使用寿命长,且施工效率得到提高。
