The invention discloses a pouring type asphalt concrete noctilucent pavement paving technology. The technology comprises the following steps that S1, materials of a noctilucent pavement are selected, wherein pouring type asphalt concrete, silicate luminous bodies, epoxy resin and fluorescent powder are selected; and S2, preparation of a material of the luminous pavement: mixing the pouring type asphalt concrete and the silicate luminous body at a set temperature according to a certain proportion. According to the method, the silicate luminescent material is prepared under the low-temperature condition, the silicate luminescent material and the pouring type asphalt concrete are mixed to lay the park pavement, and the epoxy resin is laid on the park pavement for pressing and forming, so that the traditional way of laying the park pavement by adopting a silicate material sintered at the high temperature of 2000 DEG C or above is replaced; the light intensity of the park pavement is effectively guaranteed, meanwhile, the ultraviolet aging resistance of the park pavement is improved, the problems of pavement line outgoing cracks and breakage are solved, and the service life of the park pavement is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种浇筑式沥青混凝土夜光路面铺装技术,包括以下步骤:S1:夜光路面的材料的选取:浇筑式沥青混凝土、硅酸盐发光体、环氧树脂和荧光粉;S2:夜光路面的材料的制备:将浇筑式沥青混凝土和硅酸盐发光体在设定的温度下安装一定配比进行混合。本发明通过在低温的条件下制备硅酸盐发光材料,将硅酸盐发光与浇筑式沥青混凝土混合对公园路面进行铺设,并在公园路面铺设环氧树脂进行压结成型,取代传统的采用2000度以上高温烧结的硅酸盐材料进行公园路面的铺设,有效的保证了公园路面的发光光强,同时提高了公园路面的耐紫外线老化能力,降低了路面出线裂缝、断裂问题,延长了公园路面的使用寿命。
