The invention relates to a simply supported bridge reinforcing structure based on stepless traction and a reinforcing method thereof, a bridge plate is erected between abutment caps of two bridge abutments of an original simply supported bridge structure, and the reinforcing structure comprises a reinforcing top plate and a stepless traction device; the stepless traction device is suspended below the reinforced top plate through a traction rope, the stepless traction device comprises a containing box body, an injection port is formed in the upper end of the containing box body, a discharge port is formed in the lower end of the containing box body, a flowable medium is contained in the containing box body through the injection port, and the flowable medium can be discharged through the discharge port. Media are gradually contained in the containing box body to provide downward gradually-changing stable pulling force for the reinforcing corrugated top plate, the downward pulling force is accurately controlled according to the amount of the injected media, and a stable and safe reinforcing construction environment is provided for a simply-supported bridge; therefore, reinforcement and load lifting of old bridges and dangerous bridges are achieved, and the problems of bridge plate sinking, center cracking and the like are solved.
本发明涉及一种基于无级牵引的简支桥梁加固结构及其加固方法,原有简支梁桥结构的两个桥台的台帽之间架设有桥梁板,加固结构包括加固顶板和无级牵引装置;无级牵引装置通过牵引绳悬吊于加固顶板下方,无级牵引装置包括盛装箱体,盛装箱体的上端设置注入口,盛装箱体的下端设置排出口,盛装箱体内通过注入口盛装可流动的介质,可流动的介质可通过排出口排出。本发明通过在盛装箱体内逐步盛装介质给加固波纹顶板向下的逐步变化的稳定拉力,向下拉力大小通过注入介质的多少精确控制,为简支桥梁提供稳定、安全的加固施工环境,从而实现旧桥和危桥的加固提载、解决桥梁板的下沉、中央开裂等问题。
