The invention discloses a novel profile for replacing flat-bulb steel, which comprises a web plate and a ball head part connected to the top of the web plate, and the ball head part comprises a first main body part, a second main body part and a third main body part; the cross section of the first main body part is a right trapezoid, and the cross section of the second main body part and the cross section of the third main body part are rectangular; the bottom of the first main body part is connected to the top of the web; the bottom of the second main body part is connected to the top of the first main body part; the third main body part is connected to the right end part of the second main body part; the top of the first body part is parallel to the bottom of the first body part. Under the condition that the section modulus is not changed, the sectional area of traditional flat-bulb steel can be reduced, the weight of a component is further reduced, the problem that the buckling stability of a face plate of a traditional angle steel sectional material is poor can be solved, and meanwhile compared with flat-bulb steel, the flat-bulb steel has the advantages of being low in production cost and low in production and manufacturing requirement condition.
本发明公开了一种替代球扁钢的新型型材，其包括腹板和连接于腹板顶部的球头部，球头部包括第一主体部、第二主体部和第三主体部；第一主体部的横截面为直角梯形，第二主体部的横截面和第三主体部的横截面均为矩形；第一主体部的底部连接于腹板的顶部；第二主体部的底部连接于第一主体部的顶部；第三主体部连接于第二主体部的右端部；第一主体部的顶部和第一主体部的底部平行。本发明既能在保证剖面模数不变的情况下，减小传统球扁钢的截面积，进而减轻构件重量，又可以解决传统角钢型材的面板屈曲稳定性较弱的问题，同时相对球扁钢又具有生产成本低、生产制造要求条件低的优点。
