The fly ash-based cordierite honeycomb ceramic is prepared from fly ash, other inorganic ingredient powder, a binder, a plasticizer, a dispersant and water. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the fly ash doping amount is high, the additive introduction amount is low, and the sintering temperature is low, so the cost is low; besides, the added binder, dispersant and the like remarkably improve the dispersity of the pug through the effects of steric hindrance and the like on all components in the powder, so that the pug is excellent and stable in plasticity and water-retaining property, high in solid content, easy to extrude and high in yield; and the rare earth fluoride assistant is added, so that the ceramic has excellent thermal and mechanical properties.
本发明涉及一种粉煤灰基堇青石蜂窝陶瓷及其制备方法,由粉煤灰与其他无机配料粉体外加粘结剂、塑性剂、分散剂和水制成。本发明的有益效果是:本发明中粉煤灰掺量高、添加剂引入量低,烧结温度低,因而成本较低;此外,加入的粘结剂分散剂等通过对粉料中各组分的空间位阻等作用,显著提升泥料的分散性,使得泥料塑性及保水性优异稳定、固含量高且容易挤出,成品率高;并加入了稀土氟化物助剂,使得陶瓷热学及力学性能优异。
