The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant expansion fiber resin leaking stoppage material, a preparation method thereof and application of the high-temperature-resistant expansion fiber resin leaking stoppage material in leakage prevention and leaking stoppage of well cementation cement paste. The preparation method of the high-temperature-resistant expansion fiber resin leaking stoppage material comprises the following steps: S1, adding sodium hydroxide into an acrylic acid solution, and then sequentially adding a chitosan solution, acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and fibers; sequentially adding an initiator and a cross-linking agent, and carrying out polymerization reaction to obtain polymer gel; a solvent adopted by the chitosan solution is a glacial acetic acid solution; and drying the polymer gel, and crushing to obtain the granular resin. By using the high-temperature-resistant expansion fiber resin leaking stoppage material disclosed by the invention, the problem of malignant leakage of well cementation cement slurry in a fractured formation can be effectively solved, the treatment time and cost of the leakage of the well cementation cement slurry in the fractured formation are greatly reduced, and the well cementation quality of the fractured formation is improved; and a new way is opened up for solving the problem of leaking stoppage of the well cementation cement paste in the fractured stratum.
本发明公开了一种耐高温膨胀纤维树脂堵漏材料及其制备方法与在固井水泥浆防漏堵漏中的应用。所述耐高温膨胀纤维树脂堵漏材料的制备方法包括如下步骤:S1、向丙烯酸溶液中加入氢氧化钠,然后依次加入壳聚糖的溶液、丙烯酰胺、2‑丙烯酰胺基‑2‑甲基丙磺酸和纤维;再依次加入引发剂和交联剂,经聚合反应得到聚合物凝胶;壳聚糖的溶液采用的溶剂为冰醋酸溶液;聚合物凝胶经干燥后再粉碎即得颗粒状树脂。通过使用本发明耐高温膨胀纤维树脂堵漏材料,可有效地解决裂缝性地层固井水泥浆恶性漏失的难题,大幅降低了裂缝性地层固井水泥浆漏失的处理时间和费用并提高裂缝性地层的固井质量,为解决裂缝性地层固井水泥浆堵漏问题开辟了一条新途径。
