The invention belongs to the technical field of continuous beam structure bridge cantilever construction, and particularly relates to a pier top temporary consolidation construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting materials, and preparing a plastic corrugated pipe, a tensioning end anchorage device, a prestressed steel beam, sulfur mortar and a separant; and S2, when the pier body is constructed, plastic corrugated pipes are pre-buried in the two sides of the pier body to form reserved holes. After bridge cantilever construction is completed and full bridge closure is completed, the prestressed steel beam can be released, then an anchorage device and the prestressed steel beam are taken out, sulfur mortar is burnt and melted through a heating resistance wire to form a gap, and therefore a concrete cushion block and the like can be easily taken out, and bridge system conversion can be completed; meanwhile, secondary turnover utilization of temporary fixing components such as steel strands, anchorage devices, upper and lower concrete cushion blocks and the like is achieved; and meanwhile, the situation that the stress effect of temporary consolidation and the anchoring safety of the structure are influenced by brittle fracture caused by factors such as electric welding spark burn and collision in the construction process when finish rolling deformed steel bars are adopted for consolidation can be avoided.
本发明属于连续梁结构桥梁悬臂施工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种墩顶临时固结施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1.挑选材料,准备好塑料波纹管、张拉端锚具、预应力钢束、硫磺砂浆和隔离剂;S2.墩身施工时,通过在墩身两侧预埋塑料波纹管形成预留孔洞。本发明实现桥梁悬臂施工完成并完成全桥合龙后,可将预应力钢束放张,然后取出锚具、预应力钢束,通过加热电阻丝烧融硫磺砂浆形成空隙,从而轻松取出混凝土垫块等,即可完成桥梁体系转换,同时实现钢绞线、锚具、上下混凝土垫块等临时固结构件的二次周转利用;同时还能避免采用精轧螺纹钢固结时由于施工过程中电焊火花烧伤、碰撞等因素带来的脆性破坏断裂而影响临时固结的受力效果和结构锚固安全性。
