A high-speed emergency lane anti-occupation system containing an electric vehicle battery gradient utilization technology belongs to the field of traffic engineering, a protruding device is laid on an emergency lane, when a vehicle passes through a ground induction coil, a signal is transmitted to a device control box, and the device control box triggers a snapshot camera to snapshot an image of the vehicle; a captured picture is transmitted to a computer processing system for identification processing and then is matched with vehicle information in a highway big data information system, when a special vehicle is judged, an emergency lane protruding device is started, and a small protruding block is kept sinking to be basically flush with the road surface; when a social vehicle is identified, the computer processing system transmits a control signal to the small bump controller, the emergency lane bulge device is started, and the small bump is higher than the ground, so that the social vehicle is unwilling to enter or afraid to enter the emergency lane, the social vehicle can generate a bumpy feeling when entering the emergency lane, and a driver is forced to leave the emergency lane of the expressway as soon as possible.
