The invention discloses a hole body pretreatment method for reducing drilling resistance, which comprises the following steps that a hole body is filled with a solidified material of flow state solidified soil, and the forming process of the solidified material is as follows: soil, a curing agent and water are combined according to a certain proportion and then uniformly stirred to form a flow state material with flowability; the solidified substance with certain strength is formed after the fluid substance is hardened, and the hole body is a soil hole or a karst cave. The unconfined compressive strength of solidified substances of the fluid solidified soil is low, the drilling resistance (especially the pile end resistance) of a pile machine is small, the drilling difficulty is small, the drilling time is short, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction period is shortened. The flow solidified soil is adopted for pretreating the hole body, the treatment effect of the flow solidified soil is close to that of cement mortar or cement paste and low-grade concrete, and the conditions of surface collapse, pile casing falling, hole collapse and the like do not occur in the construction process. In constructional engineering with low requirements on the pressure-bearing performance of the pile foundation, the flow-state solidified soil is enough to stabilize the pile foundation.
