The first inner wedge block and the second inner wedge block are oppositely arranged, an outer wedge block is arranged between the first inner wedge block and the second inner wedge block, the outer wedge block can slide along the outer surfaces of the first inner wedge block and the second inner wedge block, and a friction plate is arranged between the outer wedge block and the inner wall of the outer friction cylinder.
