The extending sections of the output ends of the two jacking air cylinders are connected with the outer wall of the primary connecting plug. According to the invention, the existing process is improved, namely the core is prepared firstly, and then the core is subjected to multi-layer composite coating, so that the batch production of the composite microbial capsule is completed, meanwhile, the stability of the microbial capsule during use is controlled, and the probability of inactivation of the microbial capsule in the preparation process is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于混凝土裂缝自修复的复合胶囊制备装置,涉及微生物修复领域,包括本体,在本体顶部设有两个顶升气缸,每一个弧形板的外侧端上均设有限位导轨;在本体顶端的中部设有注浆管,注浆管外套设有进液管,在空腔内设有与进液管连通的金属软管,活动板内设有输液管路,注浆管沿金属软管的轴线竖直向下延伸后通过次级插接头与输液管路的次级支路连通,两个顶升气缸的输出端延伸段分别与初级插接头的外壁连接。本发明对现有工艺进行改进,即首先制备芯核,再对芯核进行多层复合包覆,以完成复合微生物胶囊的批量生产,同时控制微生物胶囊在使用时的稳定性,降低制备过程中微生物胶囊失活的几率。
