The invention relates to a rapid preparation method of concrete for underground guniting support of a metal mine, which comprises the following steps: excavating an underground concentrated guniting concrete preparation area chamber (4) near a 350m horizontal ingate (40) under a 2 # auxiliary shaft, and arranging a waste rock storage chamber (41), a stone processing area (42), a sand making chamber (43), a cement chamber (44), a concrete preparation area (45) and a water sump chamber (46) in the chamber; in the stone processing area (42) and the sand making chamber (43), waste stones generated in underground mining are processed into finished stones and sand, the finished stones and sand are conveyed to the concrete preparation area (45) and stirred by a stirrer to prepare concrete for guniting, then the concrete is conveyed to a guniting working face (47) by a mining cement tanker, and the concrete reaches the guniting working face through a mining hydraulic wet spraying trolley for wet spraying operation.
